How the Reply Agent drafts your inbox responses

The Reply Agent is the part of Cleyo that watches your inbox and writes the first draft of every response. You approve, edit, or rewrite. The draft is waiting before the reply gets cold.

What it sees

For every incoming reply on a campaign or thread the agent is watching, it gets the full conversation as context: the original outbound, the prospect's response, any earlier back-and-forth in the thread, and the campaign goal. The draft is generated from that context.

What triggers a draft

A reply lands on a thread the agent is watching. A draft tied to that thread appears in the Inbox, marked as ready, with the full conversation visible above it.

What you do with it

Approve and send. Edit and send. Reject and write your own. Then it is out of your inbox.

Where it sits in the product

Agents, then Reply Agent. Each reply agent maps to a mailbox you have connected. You can run more than one, with different settings, for example one per recruiter or one per region.
