Which inboxes can I connect?
Your work mailbox, whether that runs on Google or Microsoft, plus LinkedIn. You connect each one once, and replies from all of them land in the same unified inbox.
How does the auto-classifier decide?
Cleyo AI reads each reply with the campaign it belongs to as context, then picks the intent: interested, not interested, out of office, or opted out. It labels and routes, it never sends anything on your behalf.
Can I override the classification?
Yes. One click sets the status to whatever fits and it sticks. From the same card you can also drop the lead onto your Do Not Contact list, which stops every future campaign, including your teammates'.
Will my sequences pause when someone replies?
By default, yes. It is a per-campaign setting though, so you choose whether replies pause outreach, and whether to pause just the person who replied or everyone at the same company.
Can my teammates see the same inbox?
No. Each inbox is private to whoever owns the conversation, so your replies, tags and notes stay with you.
Are suggested replies sent automatically?
No. Your reply agent drafts the response and stops there. You read it, edit anything you want, and press send yourself.
