Your new back office team.
It drafts. You send.

Drafted from the playbook you wrote once, in your voice, and never sent without you.

It never sends on its own.

Every draft waits for you. The agent has no send permission.

It replies to what was said.

Not to what the sequence expected them to say.

It knows your business.

Your case studies, your references, your guarantees.

Two minutes of setup.

The recruiters winning with Cleyo.
In their own words.

Digital Recruitment Director DACH

Brilliant tool for daily usage – friendly interface, good functionalities, love the analytics and tracking on the dashboard. And the most important thing: automated campaigns work properly and deliver results (first engaged prospects within 24h from outreach). Both thumbs up!

We love Cleyo! My team signed 6 new clients we never heard of before in just 4 weeks. Absolute gamechanger.

Alex Ross-Scott, Principal Consultant

Owain Withers, SaaS GTM Recruitment for the DACH market

I have tried many tools over the past 5 years in recruitment, but Cleyo is the first that combines precise targeting with the right amount of automation. This allows me to focus on what really matters, while bringing in exciting leads at the same time. Absolute gamechanger!

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does the Reply Agent send replies automatically?

No. The agent drafts every reply and waits for you. You can edit any line, change the tone, or send as it is. It has no send permission of its own, so there are no surprise sends.

How does the agent know what to say?

It reads the playbook you wrote: your niche, case studies, client references, USP and guarantees. Every draft is grounded in that, which is why replies sound like your desk rather than a template.

What happens when someone says they are not interested?

You write the rule for that scenario yourself, the same way you do for interested and for gone quiet. The agent follows it, so it can reopen a closed door the way you would, and it still waits for you to press send.

Can I run more than one agent?

Yes. Spin one up per segment, niche or language. Each runs on its own playbook and tone, so very different desks never end up sharing a voice.

How long does the playbook take to write?

Five questions, and you can skip any of them and come back later. Most people fill it in once in about ten minutes and then only touch it when their offer changes.

Does the agent learn from the replies it sends?

It reads the live thread before drafting, so it always answers what was actually said. It does not quietly retrain itself on your data or change its behaviour behind your back. If you want different drafts, you edit the playbook.
