Which Cleyo plan do I need?

The Claude connector is part of the Agency plan. On Claude's side you need a plan that supports custom connectors.

Will Claude send emails or LinkedIn messages for me?

No. Claude builds and checks the campaign; Cleyo sends it from your own mailbox and LinkedIn, on the campaign's schedule, once it's launched.

Can Claude spend my credits without asking?

Claude tells you what a step costs before it runs it, and launching, pausing or resuming a campaign always waits for your yes. A single step can never spend more than 50 credits.

Can Claude delete anything?

No. Campaigns, leads, messages and playbooks can't be deleted or archived from Claude. To take a lead out, Claude stops them; to stop a campaign, it pauses it.

What does Claude see of my data?

Only what you ask for in that conversation, through your own Cleyo account and its permissions. Cleyo stays EU-hosted, and your contact data is never sold or used to train AI.

How do I disconnect it?

Remove the connector in Claude, or click Disconnect in Cleyo under Settings, MCP. Access stops straight away.
