Which calls can Cleyo join?
Any meeting on the major video call platforms, whichever one the invite happens to use. Connect your work calendar and Cleyo reads the meeting link straight off the invite, so there is nothing to paste. For a conversation with no link at all, in a room or on the phone, record it from your laptop and you get the same write-up.
Do the other people on the call know it is recording?
Yes. Cleyo joins as its own named participant, so it sits in the attendee list the way a person does and nobody can miss it. Recording law differs by country and in some places by state, and consent is still your call to get, so tell the room and get their agreement before you start.
Can I stop it joining a particular meeting?
Auto-join is one switch you can turn off entirely, and you can also disable it for a single meeting from your meeting list. Nothing joins a call you did not want it on.
Where do the notes and recordings live?
In your own workspace, behind row-level security so only your account can read them. Nothing is pooled with other customers, and we never train AI models on your calls.
Can I change what it wrote?
You can annotate any line with a note of your own, tick action items off as they get done, and copy the whole write-up out in one click. The generated text stays as generated, so what you added and what Cleyo summarised never get confused for each other.
How long do you keep the recordings?
Recordings are kept for 30 days. Download any of them if you want to hold on to it longer. The written notes and the transcript stay in your workspace until you delete them, and you can delete any of it whenever you like.
